Return and Refund Policy
We have a 7-day returns policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
➢ To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags still attached and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. And provide a video of when you received the item and make sure the box is unopened.

➢ If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
➢ Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong product, so we can assess the issue and resolve it. You must record a video from the moment you receive the product showing all sides of the packaging, ensuring the box is unopened, in full HD quality so that the product and packaging can be clearly seen. The video must clearly show the time and must not show any signs of editing.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
➢ Certain types of items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personal items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). Video evidence is provided and has been edited, not enough photos and videos are provided. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. It is recommended that you take a video of the delivery person delivering the item to you (to check if the box is damaged, dented or deformed, etc.)
➢ Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of discounted items or gift cards, Digital Products.
➢ For Digital Products, Active Code, License Key,etc. we do not have a warranty, refund policy for those products
⤷(If you persist in using disputes from platforms such as Paypal,Stripe,etc. you will be banned and will not be refunded, The product licenses you have purchased will be banned and you will be given 1 warning)
Exchange
➢ The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and after accepting the return, buy the new item separately.
EU 7-day cancellation period
➢ Despite the above, if the goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 7 days, for any reason and without any valid reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
➢ We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
⤷ For flagged and blacklisted accounts, we will not refund your account.
